Painting and Drawing Courses
I have been designing and facilitating weekend workshops and 5 – 8 week courses since 2008 until the present; from Kidogo Arthouse in Fremantle, my Home Studio in East Fremantle and Santa Cruz, California from 2008 -10
The courses run in two veins;
Art skills: There is an emphasis on visual conversation in colour, light, tone, mark making, creative expression in oils, acrylics, pastel and mixed media.
Creative expression of the heart: with more emphasis on expression than skill, to release creative self, open the heart, find identity, create life purpose, promote well-being, inner strength, alignment and resilience. I have 35 years of experience in meditation and often use guided meditation as a way of accessing inner wisdom, peace and symbolism for artwork.
